Term and Termination

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Core Innovate IT, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website and all copies thereof from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer. Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Core Innovate IT's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Core Innovate IT and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the website; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.
No Warranties

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Core Innovate IT's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Amendments to this Agreement
Core Innovate IT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Core Innovate IT.
Governing Law
The laws of United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the website. Your use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Agreement to Arbitrate & Dispute Resolution
Notice of Dispute
In the event of a dispute, you or Core Innovate IT must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: hello@coreinnovateit.co.uk. Core Innovate IT will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and Core Innovate IT will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent.
Binding Arbitration
If you and Core Innovate IT don't resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury.

Core Innovate IT is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision. Core Innovate IT does not provide warranties or guarantees.
In no event shall Core Innovate IT be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
