Role Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll drive new business opportunities through outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. You'll also support marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and content — helping to grow Core Innovate's brand and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Qualify inbound leads from the website, events, and marketing campaigns
Book discovery calls and demos for the technical/presales team
Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress regularly
Support marketing campaigns including content creation, social media, and email marketing
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and webinars as a Core Innovate representative
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Help develop case studies, client testimonials, and marketing collateral

Required Experience & Skills

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (IT/cybersecurity preferred but not essential)
Confident communicator — comfortable speaking with business owners, IT managers, and C-level contacts
Strong writing skills for email outreach, social media, and content
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Proactive and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to do
Organised, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Interest in IT, cybersecurity, or technology is a strong advantage
