Role Summary

As an IT Project Manager, you'll lead IT and cybersecurity projects from kick-off to completion. You'll manage timelines, client expectations, and cross-functional delivery — keeping things on track and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage IT and cybersecurity projects end-to-end

Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines

Coordinate internal engineers, external vendors, and client stakeholders

Track project progress and flag risks or blockers early

Run client-facing project meetings and provide regular status updates

Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, change requests, etc.)

Support process improvement across the delivery function

Work with presales and technical teams to ensure smooth project initiation

Required Experience & Skills

2–5 years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity-related projects

Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and security project lifecycles

Comfortable working with technical teams and translating requirements into plans

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent

Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus, not a requirement)

Able to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
